You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired at least 6 years of customer relationship management, sales, business development, account management or related experience in a business to consumer healthcare/medical environment with the ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders
  • Your skills include knowledge of Philips IntelliVue monitoring equipment and applications or capital medical equipment sales. Knowledge of clinical workflows and the ability to articulate clinical, operational and financial value propositions also desired.

How we work together

 

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Pay Transparency Details

The Total Cash Target (Base Salary + Variable Incentive) is CAD $137,900 to $176,700 annually.  Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.

At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
