Face to Face Games est un détaillant de jeux de cartes à collectionner et une entreprise d'événementiel basée à Montréal, opérant à travers une entité canadienne et une filiale néerlandaise. Nous recherchons une personne rigoureuse pour prendre en charge les conciliations de comptes et appuyer une clôture de fin de mois rapide et exacte pour les deux entités. Vous travaillerez au sein de l'équipe comptable, en étroite collaboration avec la contrôleuse, principalement dans NetSuite.
Principales responsabilités
- Préparer et tenir à jour les conciliations mensuelles du bilan (banque, cartes de crédit, comptes de transit, frais payés d'avance, charges à payer, intercompagnie) et investiguer et résoudre les écarts.
- Appuyer la clôture de fin de mois : saisir les écritures de journal, réviser l'activité des grands livres auxiliaires, contribuer aux charges à payer et à la césure, et respecter les échéances de clôture.
- Concilier les activités multidevises et multi-entités, y compris les soldes intercompagnies entre les entités canadienne et néerlandaise.
- Appuyer les conciliations d'inventaire et de coût des marchandises vendues liées aux activités de détail et d'événementiel.
- Tenir des dossiers exacts dans NetSuite et contribuer à la documentation des processus et aux procédures normalisées.

Exigences

About the role
Face to Face Games is a Montréal-based trading card game retailer and events company operating across a Canadian entity and a Dutch subsidiary. We're looking for a detail-driven accountant to own account reconciliations and support a fast, accurate month-end close across both entities. You'll sit within the accounting team, working closely with the Controller, primarily in NetSuite.
