Accounts & Audit Executive (Junior to Senior Level)

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with or leading external audit assignments, depending on experience level

• Supporting the preparation of financial statements and management accounts

• Assisting with bookkeeping, VAT returns, reconciliations, and other accounting tasks

• Liaising with clients and supporting their day-to-day accounting and compliance requirements

• Working closely with senior team members to deliver high-quality client service

• Ensuring work is completed accurately and within agreed deadlines

• Keeping up to date with accounting, audit, and regulatory developments

Requirements

• Interest in pursuing a career in accounting and audit

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, audit, or administration is considered an asset, but not essential for junior applicants

• Candidates studying towards an accounting qualification, qualified professionals, or experienced auditors/accountants are all encouraged to apply

• Fluent in both English and Maltese

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

• Good organisational and communication skills

• Professional, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
