We are currently working with a fantastic authority in North Lincolnshire that are looking for an Agency Adults Social Worker for their Access Team. Paying up to £35 an hour Purpose of the Post We have a position for a full-time social worker. Ideally with knowledge and background in Adult Social Care. We are a busy Access Team, taking referrals for assessments and adult safeguarding. Working in a strength based way. Responsibilities

• Complete Care Act Assessments.
• Complete Mental Capacity Assessments.
• Use the Continuing Health Care Frame Work.
• Commission services.
• Be able to travel independently across north Lincolnshire.
