Freeman Regional Health Service is looking for individuals to join our growing, team-oriented organization.

Position Highlights

Job Summary

The Advance Practice Provider (APP) is responsible for conducting rounds on patients, performing assessments, coordinating and evaluating the plan of care, and implementing discharge plans at the direction and supervision of the Primary Physician within the scope of his/her practice permitted under South Dakota law. The APP also administers medications/treatments and assists with procedures as ordered by the physicians.  The APP works collaboratively with the healthcare team to assure the safe and accurate delivery of care.  While the PA is subject to practice under the protocols established and approved by the medical staff as required under South Dakota law, in all other respects the APP is subject to the Hospital’s authority.

Required Education
