As an Advisory - Deals - FDD - Senior Associate, you will provide strategic advice and business diligence services to clients involved in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will analyze financial information, focusing on quality of earnings, assets, cash flows, and other key client deal issues. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Deals practice, focusing on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. You will help clients navigate complex transactions and maximize value in their business deals. This position offers the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, while using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing financial information to assess quality of earnings, cash flows, and key deal issues
- Supporting clients in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures by providing strategic advice and business diligence services
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex financial concepts and generate insights
- Collaborating with clients to navigate complex transactions and maximize business value
- Developing a deeper understanding of the business context and adapting to changes
- Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for client engagements
- Upholding professional and technical standards in financial due diligence processes
- Building meaningful client connections and managing relationships effectively
- Guiding and mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Leveraging digital tools and methodologies to solve problems and generate new ideas

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Current pursuit of or a Certified Public Accountant License, or Chartered Accountant, or Foreign Certified Public Accountant, or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
