About the Role

This is a hybrid accounts and product role at a seed-stage AI agent platform serving the hospitality industry. You'll sit at the intersection of customers, sales, and engineering, building and deploying AI agents that automate real customer workflows while feeding product insight back to the team. Roughly 70% of the work is customer-facing, with the remaining 30% focused on product discovery and prioritization.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $120,000 to $210,000 annually

  • Equity: 0.15% to 0.60%

  • Comprehensive health insurance and 401(k) match
