Translation in Inuktitut will be available shortly • Assister le travailleur social pour expliquer à la famille les raisons de l’intervention de la DPJ. • Aider le travailleur social à évaluer la situation actuelle à la maison ou au sein du réseau familial. • Soutenir le travailleur social dans les démarches de référencement vers les ressources communautaires et offrir un accompagnement tout au long du processus. • Contribuer à l’élaboration du plan d’intervention et en assurer le suivi. • Accomplir toute autre tâche ou soutien supplémentaire discuté avec le superviseur ou le gestionnaire. ****************** • Assist the social worker to explain to family the reasons of the DYP’s involvement. • Assist the social worker to review current situations at home or within their family network. • Assist the social worker with referrals to community resources and provide support throughout. • Contribute to the creation of the intervention plan and follow up on it. • Any other additional task or support discuss with the supervisor or manager.
