This is an opportunity to join our Corporate Actions team within Customer Operations, where you'll sit at the intersection of financial markets, operational excellence and customer experience. You'll review market announcements, analyse events, communicate critical information to advisers and clients, and ensure corporate actions are processed accurately and on time.

Whether you already have Corporate Actions experience or come from a broader financial services operations, investments or platform administration background, we'll give you the opportunity to deepen your expertise in a highly specialised area of wealth management.

What you'll be doing

No two days look exactly the same, but you can expect to:

  • Review ASX announcements, international market notifications and fund manager communications to identify events that require action.

  • Prepare professional and technically accurate communications for advisers and clients.

  • Manage corporate action elections and responses within strict market deadlines.

  • Process payments, entitlements and transactions associated with corporate action events.

  • Reconcile and allocate cash and asset positions accurately.

  • Respond to stakeholder enquiries and help navigate complex event requirements.

  • Contribute to testing, process improvements and operational initiatives that enhance our platform and customer experience.

What success looks like

You'll be someone who:

  • Loves working with detail and getting things right the first time.

  • Can manage multiple priorities without losing sight of deadlines.

  • Thinks critically and enjoys solving problems.

  • Takes ownership and follows tasks through to completion.

  • Communicates clearly and confidently with a range of stakeholders.

  • Stays calm when markets are moving and competing priorities arise.

  • Is curious, proactive and always looking for a better way of doing things.
