The Opportunity

 

Global Network Banking (GNB) provides banking coverage to the subsidiaries of Global Corporates, International Middle Market and Innovation Banking clients within Corporate and Institutional Banking. This Analyst role supports Relationship Managers covering Technology and Innovation Banking clients headquartered outside the US, helping build new-to-bank growth while delivering strong day-to-day execution and service. You’ll be close to clients and to internal product specialists across borders, helping create a consistent one-HSBC experience. The role includes supporting onboarding, service delivery and disciplined risk and control activity aligned to Global Standards. Success means producing clear, timely analysis and materials that make Relationship Managers more effective and keeping onboarding and service issues progressing to closure with minimal rework. Over time the role offers a development path towards Junior Relationship Manager readiness based on performance and readiness.

Your final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and several variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
