What you'll do

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance recurring and ad-hoc HR reports, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Produce monthly and quarterly workforce metrics covering headcount, attrition, diversity, recruitment, mobility, and organisational changes.
  • Monitor Data Quality Index (DQI) performance across HR data domains and partner with field owners to drive remediation activities.
  • Analyse workforce trends, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Create executive-level summaries and presentations for HR Leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Support HR projects through reporting, data validation, and impact analysis.
  • Perform data cleansing, reconciliation, and validation activities to improve reporting accuracy.
  • Collaborate with HRSS, HRBPs, Payroll, Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders on reporting requirements.
  • Support the development of automated reporting solutions using Power BI, Workday and related technologies.
  • Maintain reporting documentation, data definitions, SOPs, and governance controls.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing manual effort and increasing reporting efficiency.

Role Purpose
The HR Data Analyst will support the HR Shared Services function by delivering high-quality reporting, workforce analytics, and data quality insights that enable informed decision-making across the organisation. The role will be responsible for monitoring HR data integrity, producing management reporting, supporting automation initiatives, and identifying opportunities to improve HR processes through data-driven solutions. 
Key Responsibilities
