Primary Purpose 

The Systems Analyst II is a generalist role within the Corporate Solutions team, responsible for the build, test, implementation, and maintenance of business systems that support the enterprise. This position supports a broad portfolio of applications and infrastructure outside of the core clinical EHR, including document and content management, print/fax/scan platforms, physical security and door-access systems, e-signature (DocuSign), Microsoft Dynamics 365, digital signage, marketing automation, and CRM applications. The role also contributes to interfaces between these systems and other enterprise platforms, and is involved with SQL Server infrastructure from a planning perspective as well as basic database administration. 

Major Responsibilities 

Software design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications (40%)

Minimum Education and Experience 

  • Bachelor's degree or 6 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience ​

  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in an IT application development or systems administration role 

  • Experience supporting enterprise applications such as document/content management, print/fax/scan platforms, e-signature tools (e.g., DocuSign), CRM or marketing automation platforms, security/door badge systems, security camera platforms, or digital signage systems

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $67,953.60 - $101,930.40, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
