Role Overview
We are looking for senior US-qualified legal professionals to lead small teams responsible for creating and reviewing high-difficulty legal tasks and gold-standard solutions for an AI training and evaluation project.
This is both a hands-on legal expert and team leadership role. You will personally contribute complex legal work while managing a pod of approximately 16–20 contributors, reviewing quality, calibrating outputs, coaching team members, and ensuring consistent professional standards across contract, legal-analysis, and regulatory tasks.
CONTRACT: Short-term contractor assignment, 6 weeks
COMMITMENT: At least 4 hours per day and up to 40 hours per week, including 4 hours of PST overlap
LOCATIONS: Remote, USA
