- Guide data analysts focused on marketing performance, attribution, and optimization across multiple media channels
- develop and refine media mix models using open-source and proprietary frameworks to assess media contribution and guide budget allocation
- conduct testing and experiment design to isolate the causal impact of specific campaigns or media types
- build and maintain automated ETL pipelines and workflows to integrate data from media platforms, intake systems, and TV spend platforms
- manage the intake, transformation, and validation of media, spend, and case data from multiple sources to ensure accurate performance reporting
- develop forecasting models for key performance metrics such as CPI, lead volume, and conversion rates
- create dashboards to communicate insights to marketing, finance, and executive stakeholders
- partner with Media and Finance teams to ensure alignment on performance KPIs, campaign goals, and media planning
- monitor data pipelines and model performance, iterate based on campaign outcomes and evolving media mix

Duties:

Salary Range:
Salary Offered: $100,000 to $119,000 per year; telecommuting permitted.
