Location: Brisbane
Contract: 6 months with the potential for permanency
Pay rate: $88.29 - $94.59 p/h + super
Hybrid Arrangments: 3 days in office 2 from home
Randstad is looking for an experienced Employee Relations professional to join a Brisbane based team on a six-month contract.
This is a hands-on role supporting a range of employee relations, conduct and performance matters. You’ll work closely with managers and HR stakeholders, providing practical advice on sensitive workplace issues and helping ensure matters are managed effectively and consistently.
