ABA Tutor
Salary: £95 - £105 Per Day PAYE
Location: Witham, Essex
Parker Smith Inclusion are currently working with a purpose built SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties) school in the Witham area. They are currently looking for a passionate Learning Support Assistant who are keen to develop their career and train as a ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis) tutor.
Within this role, you will receive hands-on training alongside continuous guidance from experienced ABA tutors, allowing you to develop and learn ABA techniques. From this, you will provide 1:1 support (to a range of additional needs such as ASC), helping the pupils engage and feel confident in their learning. You will also help deliver structured learning alongside behaviour support programmes.
Whether you already have experience supporting young people or are genuinely eager to learn. This long-term position rewards you with making a difference to these pupils’ education journey while allowing you to expand and develop your career.
