Architect

Jasmax is seeking a talented Architect to join our Ōtautahi, Christchurch studio.

Jasmax is a multi-award-winning architecture and design practice with studios across Aotearoa New Zealand and Australia. With over 250 team members, Jasmax offers multi-disciplinary expertise and integrated design solutions across architecture, interior design, urban design and landscape architecture.   

The role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced architect to lead the delivery of education projects in Ōtautahi, Christchurch, while supporting education projects across other Jasmax locations.

While education projects are the main priority, the opportunity to work in other sectors adds variety and supports your ongoing professional development. 

The role offers the opportunity to contribute to projects that shape educational environments and support learning through thoughtful, sustainable and culturally responsive design.  

What you bring:

• You are a well-rounded, registered architect, ideally with experience in the education sector.
• You bring a collaborative working style, with a strong balance of design thinking and technical capability.
• You are interested in creating environments that support learning, engagement and community.
• You are proficient in Revit and SketchUp.
