Assistant Finance Manager

What you'll do
- Manage night audit and income audit processes.
- Oversee expense control and cost management activities.
- Handle revenue cycle operations and ensure proper documentation.
- Perform and review bank reconciliations.
- Support and manage month-end closing processes.
- Prepare financial statements and management reports on a regular basis.
- Work with Opera PMS, MC, and POS systems.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
- Monitor daily financial operations and resolve discrepancies.
- Supervise accountants and provide training when required.
- Support team members in achieving finance department goals.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending financial tasks and issues.

- Minimum 5 years of finance experience in the hospitality industry
