What you'll do
- Manage purchasing, receiving, and inventory cost control processes.
- Oversee CAPEX planning, spend management, and ROI analysis.
- Ensure accurate financial documentation and timely reporting.
- Utilize PMS, POS, and ERP systems (Opera PMS, MICROS, MC, Sun/LOGO/SAP).
- Ensure strong coordination between finance and other operational departments.
- Lead and mentor a multicultural finance team.
- Liaise effectively with senior leadership, ownership, and headquarters.
- Support continuous improvement in financial processes and controls.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (mandatory)
- 8–10 years of overall finance experience
- Minimum 3 years in a senior finance leadership role within 5-star hotels or international hospitality brands

- Master’s Degree or MBA (preferred)
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CMA (strong advantage)
