Assistant General Manager in Witham - Brand New Club
Up to £30k (experience dependent) + bonus
Location: Witham, Essex
Our client is a brand-new health and fitness destination in Witham, blending cutting-edge training with recovery facilities to create an exceptional member experience tailored to individual needs. They're looking for an energetic and ambitious Assistant General Manager to help lead the club from day one.
This is a hands-on management role within a fast-growing, independent fitness business, with genuine scope to shape the club's culture from the ground up and grow your own career alongside it. You'll work closely with the Club Manager, playing a central role in a business built around helping members love their fitness journey.
