Assistant General Manager in Acton, West London - Leisure Operator
£36k (experience dependent) + bonus
Location: Acton, West London.
Our client is a leading leisure operator with ambitious expansion plans over the next few years, and they're looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to take charge of service and operations at their flagship Acton site. Customer experience sits at the heart of everything they do, and their management teams live and breathe it every single day.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on leadership role at a site where no two days look the same. You'll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the venue, leading a team through service, sales and operations while keeping both staff and guests safe. It's a genuine opportunity to make your mark with a brand that's growing.
