Assistant Manager Accounts - 5+ Years – Faridabad

We are hiring an Assistant Manager – Accounts – 5+ Years. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Accounting & Finance Operations, GST, TDS, Statutory Compliance, Banking, Cash Flow, MIS, Inventory Costing, Audit Coordination, SAP/ERP, and Advanced Excel.

Location – Faridabad, Haryana

Your Future Employer – It’s a growing D2C consumer business in the beauty and personal care sector, backed by in-house manufacturing and R&D capabilities. The company is expanding its portfolio of consumer brands and provides a dynamic work environment with broad exposure to Finance & Accounts operations.

Responsibilities –

1. Manage day-to-day accounting operations, bookkeeping, ledger accuracy, and month-end closing.
2. Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
3. Manage banking relationships, cash flow planning, vendor payments, and receivables.
4. Prepare MIS reports, budgets, financial statements, cash flow statements, and variance analysis.
5. Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors and ensure timely closure of audit queries.
6. Monitor inventory accounting, product costing, and SAP/ERP finance processes, while strengthening financial controls.

Requirements –

1. 5+ years of hands-on experience in Accounts & Finance operations.
2. B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA / CA Inter / CMA with relevant Finance & Accounts experience.
3. Experience in Banking, Cash Flow, Vendor Payments, and Receivables.
4. Hands-on experience in Inventory Accounting / Product Costing.
5. Proficiency in SAP/ERP and Advanced MS Excel.
