Role: Assistant Manager- Horticulture
Location: Mumbai
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to oversee operations across a cluster of 80–90 sites. The role involves managing client relationships, supervising on-ground teams, ensuring smooth execution of horticulture services, and closely monitoring operational costs including plant replacements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations for a cluster of 80–90 sites ensuring service quality and timely execution
- Build and maintain strong client relationships; act as the primary point of contact for operational matters
- Supervise and lead a team of 2–3 Executives and 15–20 field staff/labour
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure proper maintenance, service standards, and issue resolution
- Monitor plant health and ensure timely replacement with cost control measures
- Track and manage replacement costing and operational expenses
- Coordinate closely with clients, internal teams, and vendors for smooth execution
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety standards, and reporting systems
- Identify areas for improvement and implement operational efficiencies
