Role Purpose
To independently manage all Human Resource and Administrative Operations at the plant by ensuring manpower availability, payroll accuracy, statutory compliance, industrial harmony, employee engagement, contract labour management, administration excellence and continuous process improvement in line with business objectives.

1. Manpower Planning & Recruitment
- Annual manpower budgeting
- Recruitment of staff, workmen, trainees and apprentices
- Campus hiring and apprenticeship programmes
- Consultant and recruitment portal management
- Offer, appointment and joining formalities
- On boarding and induction
- Recruitment MIS
2. HR Operations
- Employee life cycle management
- Confirmation, transfer, promotion and separation
- Employee records & documentation
- HR letters and certificates
- HRMS administration
- HR policies and SOP implementation
3. Payroll & Compensation
- Payroll validation
- Attendance verification
- Overtime, incentives and shift allowance
- Loan recovery
- Full & Final Settlement
- Income Tax coordination
- Salary disbursement support
4. Time Office Management
- Biometric attendance
