  • Maintain accurate transaction stages, dates, and key terms in CoStar; produce pipeline and critical-date reporting.
  • Ensure clean handoffs for buildouts/moves and confirm executed terms are captured and stored per standards.

Brown & Brown is seeking an Assistant Real Estate Manager to join our growing team!

In this fully remote role, you’ll support a fast-moving transaction pipeline (~100 deals/year) - renewals, relocations, expansions, consolidations, and exits - partnering with our national brokerage firm and internal leaders to deliver clear recommendations, keep deals on track, and ensure our CoStar system-of-record stays accurate and decision-ready.

Pay Range

$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 Annual

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
