What you'll do

  • Coordinate sample requests, shipments, and deliveries to support product development and prototyping activities.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and tracking systems for development samples.
  • Partner with Sourcing and R&D teams to organize products and materials for laboratory and performance testing.
  • Review, summarize, and distribute testing results and laboratory reports to project stakeholders.
  • Support product development and sourcing initiatives by managing project timelines, documentation, and follow-up activities.
  • Lead projects of varying complexity independently or in collaboration with Sourcing Analysts and cross-functional team members.
  • Consolidate outbound shipments to maximize efficiency while monitoring delivery performance and shipment status.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers and internal stakeholders to resolve customs clearance issues and shipment delays.
  • Manage supplier documentation, onboarding activities, and new vendor setup processes.
  • Assist with data collection, reporting, and analysis to support sourcing decisions and project tracking.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between domestic and international team members and supplier partners.

The Assistant Sourcing Analyst will support the Sourcing and R&D teams in managing product development activities, organizing samples, maintaining product documentation, and coordinating cross-functional projects. This role serves as a key link between internal stakeholders and global supplier partners, helping ensure the efficient execution of sourcing and development initiatives.

Based in Cincinnati, Ohio, this position will collaborate regularly with team members and business partners across Turkey, India, Pakistan, and China, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a global environment.
