Assistant Superintendent

Position Overview:

This is an assistant managerial position and reports to the Superintendent in charge of the project and the General Superintendent.

Assigned Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day supervision of project

• Assist with supervision of company field labor and subcontractor activities

• Assist in maintaining project safety

• Assist in maintaining project housekeeping / clean up of job site

• Assist in maintaining appropriate project documentation

• Assist in resolving any field conflicts

• Assist in insuring proper job sequencing

• Assist with owner occupant relations

• Coordinate and receive deliveries

• Regular project visits

• Oversee your own projects when required.

• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in General Construction required.  Some working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations beneficial.
