Position Summary
Associate Accounts is responsible for cash receipts posting and bank reconciliations the tasks will include recording customers receipts in appropriate accounts, identify and resolve receipts discrepancies and answers client inquiries as needed.
What You Will Do
•Systems
In house production software (in which customer invoices are created)
• Accounting software package CODA.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office products, in particular excel.
To Be Successful You Will Have
•Experienced (min 2 years) Accountant

•Bank reconciliation experience required
•Research unapplied cash receipts and resolve issues
•Maintain monthly analysis of unapplied cash for Global sites
•Experience in SSC environment would be helpful
