  • Lead a team to develop Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs.
  • Identify base opportunities and profitability strategies to drive revenue/margin growth and Gig steps ups while maintaining healthy churn and lines in service.

  • Use broad industry perspective to interpret competitive information, draw intelligent conclusions, provide assessments at the strategic and tactical level, and formulate promo recommendations on proactive and/or reactive actions.
  • Utilize experience and business knowledge to develop annual marketing plans, and guide strategy and execution of key marketing programs.
  • Analyze performance across a variety of metrics, such as KPIs, LNP, Segmentation, and Propensity, to uncover new opportunities for growth and revenue.
  • Work cross functionally with stakeholders in Sales, Operations, Marketing, IT, Operations, and Finance to build and complete business cases and operational plans.
  • Use data to identify the best ways to target consumers and oversee predictive analytics to support business decisions in marketing.
  • Develop reports that highlight consumer trends, key competitors, and emerging technologies.

What you’ll be doing...

Lead a team to develop Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs. Develop strategic reports to highlight macro and consumer trends, key competitors and new entrants, compelling business models, disruptive and emerging technologies, and translating these into comprehensive insights and implications for the consumer domain (5%). Understand and leverage knowledge of Verizon Database infrastructure, propensity models and translate into campaign level initiatives for customer actions; apply knowledge of CRM processes from marketing and customer experience perspective; and work within CRM systems and tools to design and implement marketing programs for both reactive and proactive campaigns (5%).
