About the Role:

We are looking for an HR Associate to support day-to-day HR operations with a focus on driver workforce management, onboarding, insurance coordination, and employee engagement initiatives. This role requires strong coordination skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage onboarding of driver workforce, including documentation and joining formalities

● Handle insurance-related processes (enrollment, renewals, claim coordination)

● Maintain and update employee data and HR records (MIS, trackers, documentation)

● Coordinate with internal teams for smooth HR operations

● Collect feedback and suggest ideas for employee engagement activities

● Support execution of engagement initiatives for driver and field staff

● Assist in Learning & Development (L&D) activities such as training coordination and tracking

● Ensure compliance with company policies and processes

Eligibility Criteria:

● Graduate (HR or related field preferred)

● 0–3 years of experience in HR operations / coordination

● Good communication and interpersonal skills

● Strong organizational and data management skills

● Proficiency in MS Excel / HR tools preferred

Preferred Candidate Profile:

● Experience handling blue-collar workforce (drivers / field staff)

● Immediate joiners preferred

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
