What you'll do
- Following up at dates in ERP system and to ensure no delays.
- Coordination with buyers, workshops and quality department
- Receiving and evaluation of preliminary Packing lists from Workshop (split items process)
- Preparation of Packing lists in ERP system and readiness advise to Transport Managers
- Issuing of shipping documents (When needed. Input from Transport Managers)
- Issuing & break-down of Customs invoice (When needed. Input from Transport Managers)
- Translation of all shipping documents (When needed. Input from Transport Managers)
- Creation of Purchase orders within logistics tasks (packaging material, packaging orders, transport booking) with input from Transport Managers
- Register Goods receiving information in ERP system when orders are ready from Workshops
