Associate Manager Infrastructure Services (Container/Linux)

Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:

·       Advanced knowledge of Linux OS internals, and kernel tuning

·       Experience with Ansible, Puppet or similar automation tools

·       Experience with virtualization (KVM, VMware) and hybrid infrastructure.

·       Awareness of CIS hardening, log forwarding, and SIEM integration

·       Proficient in security compliance standards and OS-level auditing.

·       Experience in setting up Linux Centralized management tool (RedHat Satellite/SUSE Manager)

·       Operate and maintain container runtimes and orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).

·       Manage Helm charts, container image pipelines, and ingress configurations.

·       Implement role-based access control and security configurations

·       Manage persistence storage volume in Container platform

·       Assist with CI/CD integration and environment automation

·       Monitor and tune container performance using Prometheus/Grafana

·       Experience with container technologies (Docker, Podman, K8s).

·       Familiarity with YAML, Helm, and GitOps tools (e.g., ArgoCD).

·       Understanding of networking, volumes, and secrets in containerized environments.

·       Manage signed certificates within container platform

·       Knowledge of basic authentication methods (Active Directory, LDAP)

·       Backup and restore vital data in container platform

·       Advanced knowledge of Linux OS internals and kernel tuning

·       Experience with virtualization (KVM, VMware) and hybrid infrastructure.

Basic Qualifications

·       Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience

·       Typically, 4+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1+ years in a similar role

·       Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis

·       Proficiencies in data analysis and technical knowledge

·       A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications

·       An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus

·       Relevant certifications, such as Linux / Container Certifications
