Role Profile

• Develop enterprise and consumer products and services across USSD and SMSC channels.
• Work within an Agile environment to ensure timely and effective delivery of projects and solutions.
• Plan and manage technical projects, including system upgrades, platform swaps, migrations, and third-party integrations.
• Design and develop tools and automation solutions to support daily operations and adapt to changes within the technical environment.
• Act as the third-line support for technical incidents, ensuring effective troubleshooting and timely resolution.
• Manage vendor relationships, including technical coordination, performance monitoring and delivery follow-up.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet both business and technical requirements.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure alignment with operational and security standards.

Role Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience within the telecommunications industry.
• Good understanding of GSM and telecommunications technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux system administration.
• Working knowledge of Python, Java, and SQL.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in an Agile delivery environment is preferred.
• Strong communication, project coordination, and vendor management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
