Hays Property & Surveying is delighted to be supporting a leading multidisciplinary construction consultancy with the appointment of an Associate Project Manager to join its growing Winchester office.
This well-established consultancy delivers a diverse range of projects across the public and private sectors, including Education, Healthcare, Local Government, Defence and Residential Development. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Associate Project Manager to play a key role in the delivery of high-profile construction projects and support the development of an expanding team.
Your new role
As an Associate Project Manager, you will take ownership of a varied portfolio of construction projects, leading schemes from feasibility and planning stages through to completion. Working closely with clients, consultants and contractors, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
You will also contribute to the continued growth of the business by supporting junior team members, strengthening client relationships and assisting the leadership team with project delivery and business development activities.
