About this role

Aureol Global Connections is looking for a dedicated Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of automated systems to optimize our operational processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure automation solutions align with project goals and improve efficiency. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with advanced technologies and contribute to impactful engineering projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, program, and maintain automated control systems, including PLCs and HMIs.
  • Implement and troubleshoot automation solutions to enhance system performance.
  • Work closely with engineering and production teams to integrate automation effectively.
  • Document system designs, modifications, and testing procedures.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on automated system usage and safety protocols.
  • Keep abreast of new automation technologies and recommend their application.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Experience with PLC programming, control systems, and automation software.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and safety procedures.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new automation technologies.
