We are looking for a dedicated Automotive Paint Prep Technician (Prepper) to be an integral part of the daily operations at our Aviva AutoCare Centre located in Mississauga. 

You will be responsible for the proper preparation of auto vehicles prior to application of refinish coatings.  You will operate paint machines and tools, and will use the specified paint mixes, primers and sealers in accordance with automotive engineering specifications, painting procedures and standards. The Paint Prep Technician may have an advanced skill set including light body repairs and paint refinishing (Paint Technician).

What You’ll Do:

What You’ll get:

  • The salary band for this position ranges from $60,000 to $90,000. Please note that individual salary is determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience, as well as internal equity.
