  • Meet productivity objectives set by the department in terms of average handle time, average first response time, service levels, and overall adherence to company service guidelines

Position Summary:

At Sym-Tech Dealer Services, customer experience is at the core of our product offering and our team of Warranty Adjusters are directly responsible for our future growth by ensuring the highest level of service to our dealer clients. As a Bilingual Automotive Warranty Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for appraising and estimating loss and damage associated with automobile body claims and other claim types, as applicable.

Position Functions:
