Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Automotive Technical Trainer to join our growing team based in Melbourne's south-east suburbs.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the research, development, and delivery of cutting-edge automotive training programs. You'll work closely with industry partners, customers, and suppliers to help shape the future of technical training within the automotive sector.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and deliver engaging automotive training programs, both in-person and online
  •  Research emerging technologies and industry trends to keep training content current and relevant
  • Maintain and expand our digital library of technical resources and industry information
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Contribute to new training initiatives and support business growth opportunities

Qualifications

  • Strong automotive mechanical repair and diagnostic experience
  •  Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Experience delivering training, facilitating workshops, or developing course content (highly regarded)
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach and willingness to travel interstate when required
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and helping others succeed
