We’re looking for a driven B2B School Partnership in Hyderabad / Mumbai ( Location- WFO) who knows schools inside-out 🏫.
This is a Sales role, and the ideal candidate should already maintain active working relationships with at least 50 School Owners or Principals.

✨ What You’ll Do
- 🎯 Pitch & Partner: Drive school partnerships by engaging with school leaders, management, and decision-makers.
- 🤝 Franchise & PoweredBy growth: Spot opportunities for new partner schools and close deals.
- 🔄 Full-cycle ownership: Lead everything from lead-gen to closure.
- 👥 Team touch: Mentor and guide sales execs while thriving as an individual contributor.
- 📊 Targets & insights: Achieve goals and feed market insights back to leadership.
- 🌍 Be the face: Represent Dreamtime Learning at education events and networking forums.

✨ What We’re Looking For
- 📌 4–6 years of B2B experience in education (curriculum, edtech, school partnerships – mandatory).
- ✅ Proven record in driving school deals & managing partnerships.
- 👥 Experience handling a team, while being confident as an IC.
- 🗣️ Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
- 🚗 Willingness to travel extensively (daily school visits).
- 💻 Laptop mandatory.
- 🔥 Self-driven, target-oriented, and resourceful.
- Work from Office - Hyderabad / Mumbai location
