Join the Coastal Babysitters Team in Byron Bay and Surrounds!
Are you looking for flexible, meaningful work that fits around your life? With Byron’s busy season just around the corner, we’re looking for warm, reliable babysitters and nannies to join our Coastal Babysitters team.
We support local families, visiting tourists, and resorts across Byron Bay to provide care that makes life easier and more fun. From casual babysitting in resorts and family homes to beautiful weddings and lively events, every day is different and you get to choose the jobs that suit you.

We’re Looking For
- A genuine love of working with children
- At least 2 years of experience (childcare, teaching, nursing, nannying, babysitting, parenting, tutoring, sports coaching, or similar)
- A current Blue Card / Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate (or willingness to get one)
- ABN (or willingness to set one up)
