Your Role
- Design, develop, and maintain Amazon Connect solutions to enhance customer service experiences.
- Implement Amazon Connect Contact Lens functionalities for replacing Verint
- Integrate Amazon Connect with other AWS services such as Lambda, Lex, Polly, S3, Kinesis, Amazon Q, and Bedrock.
- Develop and optimize applications using Python and NodeJS.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for deploying Amazon Connect and other AWS services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Utilize GenAI to enhance customer interaction and engagement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Amazon Connect and other integrated services.
- Ensure the security and scalability of applications and infrastructure.
Your Profile
- Proven experience as an Amazon Connect Developer or similar role with expertise in Amazon Connect and Lex.
- Strong proficiency in Python and NodeJS.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, Lex, Polly, S3, Kinesis, Amazon Q, and Bedrock.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
