What service line will you be part of?

As a UX/UI Designer, you will join our Strategy, Product & Transformation service line.

 

Strategy, Product & Transformation is CBTW’s service line dedicated to supporting organizations from strategic vision to market launch, while ensuring the right organizational alignment throughout a seamless and integrated journey.

We help our clients make the right strategic choices, design meaningful digital products, structure the organization required to support them, and successfully bring them to market.

 

Our clients rely on us to:

· Clarify strategic direction,

· Define their priorities and long-term vision,

· Turn their ideas into usable digital products validated by users,

· Align organizations with technology,

· Navigate technological complexity,

· Deliver transformation from vision to execution.

Responsibilities

What will you do?

· Participate in ideation and requirements gathering workshops,

· Participate in regular design/development meetings,

· Support the design of wireframes or design the wireframes,

· Support the design of clickable (high- and low- fidelity) prototypes,

· Design pixel-perfect key screens for web / mobile,

· Gain a deep understanding of product specifications and user psychology,

· Conduct comprehensive concept and usability testing while actively seeking valuable feedback,

· Craft wireframes and prototypes that cater to the needs of our customers,

· Innovate creative solutions to tackle complex UX problems, ensuring optimal usability and findability,

· Create personas & user journey mapping.

Qualifications

What is your profile?

· Hold a bachelor's or a master's degree,

· Between 6-10 years of experience in the job,

· Trilingual (French/Dutch/English) is a significant advantage,

· A digital experience is a must for this role,

· A first experience in consulting is a plus,
