A specialist SEND school in Basingstoke is seeking a dedicated Behaviour & Inclusion Support Assistant to support pupils with a range of additional learning and behavioural needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building positive relationships and helping students overcome challenges to achieve success. Responsibilities Supporting pupils within the classroom and around the school Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement Helping students regulate emotions and build confidence Working alongside teachers and support staff Supporting individual learning and wellbeing plans About You Resilient, empathetic and adaptable Experience in education, care, youth work or support work is advantageous Strong communication and relationship-building skills Passionate about supporting young people Benefits £14.25 per hour Monday to Friday Term time only Long-term role throughout the academic year Excellent support and training opportunities Safeguarding & DBS Statement This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
