  • Reviews and adjusts Lien Payoff, customer equity and all payables schedules.
  • Prepare invoices for scanning.
  • Ensure all work is complete on deadline critical nights, payroll cut-off and month end.
  • Follow-up on accounting inventory questions.

The Billing/Inventory Associate is responsible for the accurate and timely recording of assigned inventory and billing through new vehicle delivery from manufacturers, used vehicle purchases, AAX, dealer trades, and retail & wholesale deals that meet and exceed all Service Level Agreements.

This role is a remote position.

Compensation: The anticipated pay range is $17.31 - $19.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and relevant skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and verify new vehicle invoices/inventory.

  • Receive and verify used vehicle purchase and AAX.

  • Enter incoming new and used vehicle units Post both new and used vehicles to accounting.

  • Posts dealer trades, used inventory, and retail details submitted through BPMS.

  • Reviews exceptions in BPMS for new/used inventory and wholesales.

  • Reviews and adjusts Lien Payoff, customer equity and all payables schedules.
