### Position Information Ref # 300042324 Region Goldfields, WA Classification Trades Date Posted 26-Feb-2026 ### Description & Requirements Its where our journey started.  The team in Kalgoorlie are a family, and Monadelphous are currently looking to grow that family.  We have several major projects and maintenance programs ramping up across the Goldfields, and now have FIFO roles available for Perth Residents to Kalgoorlie, WA and also welcome Kalgoorlie locals. **Scope of work** * Could range from Site Asset Integrity works. Tank internal lining repairs and yard blasting/painting works. DIDO to various sites site blasting & painting. **Experience Required** * Polyurea experience preferred * Epoxy coating application required * Preferable experience maintaining & servicing airless pumps, plurals & reactors * Preferable experience maintaining & servicing sand blasting equipment **Working with Monadelphous offers many benefits, some of which include:** * 2:1 Roster for FIFO or DIDO for Kalgoorlie local residents * FIFO with accommodation in Kalgoorlie * 8-12hrs a day (dependent if on site or in yard) **What you’ll bring:** * Valid Australian Drivers Licence * Working at Heights * Enter and Work in Confined Space * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Can do  positive attitude * Proof of right to work in Australia * Ability to pass a National Police Check **Life at Monadelphous** There’s lots to get involved in, celebratory or cultural events and so much more.
