About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Communication Manager to lead our brand’s voice, positioning, and market presence. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with a data-driven mindset, capable of building strong brand narratives while supporting revenue growth initiatives. We are specifically looking for candidates with experience in the trading domain, who understand industry nuances, audience behavior, and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Creation

  • Develop high-quality, on-brand content across formats: blogs, whitepapers, case studies, newsletters, video scripts, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand identity across all channels.
  • Align content with business objectives and marketing goals.

2. Social Media Management

  • Own and manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Plan and execute content calendars and growth strategies.
  • Track performance metrics, engage with audiences, and optimise platform performance.

3. Presentation & Visual Communication

  • Design impactful presentations for leadership, client pitches, and industry events.
  • Ensure all presentations adhere to brand guidelines and communicate ideas clearly.
  • Utilise tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, or Adobe Suite.

4. Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Define objectives, manage timelines and budgets, and track campaign KPIs.
  • Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

5. Pre-Sales Enablement

  • Partner with sales teams to create customised pitch decks, proposals, and product collateral.
  • Tailor messaging to industry-specific pain points and client needs.

6. Sales Collateral Management

  • Develop and maintain a repository of sales assets including one-pagers, case studies, product sheets, and FAQs.
  • Ensure all materials remain updated, relevant, and aligned with brand standards.

7. CRM & Data Hygiene

  • Maintain CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure accurate and updated data.
  • Implement data hygiene practices to improve segmentation, reporting, and campaign effectiveness.

8. Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization

  • Support lead generation initiatives through campaigns, gated content, and partnerships.
  • Monitor lead quality, conversion metrics, and optimise funnel performance.

9. Demand Generation

  • Design and execute demand generation strategies including ABM, nurturing campaigns, paid media, and SEO.
  • Drive high-quality pipeline and accelerate conversion rates.

10. Inbound & Outbound Marketing

  • Execute inbound strategies (SEO, content marketing, landing pages) and outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, paid ads).
  • Measure performance and optimise channel ROI.

11. Events & Industry Engagement

  • Plan and manage participation in industry events, conferences, and webinars.
  • Handle end-to-end execution including promotion, logistics, and follow-ups.
  • Maximise brand visibility and lead acquisition.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in brand communication or B2B marketing.
  • Experience in technology, consulting, or professional services is preferred.

Core Competencies

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, digital marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Advanced skills in presentation and design tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, Adobe).
  • Event management experience with strong execution capabilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
