What you'll do
- Actively follow up with new and existing brokers to ensure broker agreements are signed, finalized, and logged promptly.
- Supply brokers with up-to-date marketing collateral, technical specification sheets, pricing schedules, and inventory data for the Signature, Explorer, and Sport Fishing ranges.
- Act as the daily touchpoint for regional brokers and country managers to resolve inquiries, assist with buyer questions, and support their overall sales efforts.
- Manage inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and web chats from international brokers and high-net-worth clients.

- Maintain meticulous records in Pipedrive CRM, ensuring broker contacts, deals, communication histories, and buyer preferences are up-to-date.
- Track paperwork lifecycles to move deals smoothly from 'Initial Offer' to 'Contract Signed' and 'Closed.'
- Manage shift handovers effectively so no client or broker inquiry goes unanswered for more than 12 hours.

ROLE PURPOSE:
Working directly alongside our Client Liaison Manager, the Broker Outreach Specialist will serve as the primary administrative engine for our global broker network and international clients.
Your main mission is twofold:
1. Broker Onboarding & Agreement Execution: Drive new broker agreement signings, manage broker relations, and ensure regional brokers have all technical specifications, marketing materials, and sales support needed to sell our vessels.
2. Client Support & Sales Acceleration: Handle inbound/outbound communications, nurture leads, translate technical specifications, and ensure no administrative bottlenecks slow down sales from lead stage to closed contract.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Broker Support & Network Growth
● Agreement Management: Actively follow up with new and existing brokers to ensure broker agreements are signed, finalized, and logged promptly.
