The New Business Broker Assistant provides administrative and production support to the New Business brokers within the Workers’ Compensation department. This role is responsible for supporting the end-to-end new business submission process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal procedures and carrier requirements. The position operates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and plays a key role in supporting revenue generation and operational efficiency.

The New Business Broker Assistant will work a Hybrid work schedule in our Atlanta, GA or Lee's Summit, MO Offices.

Responsibilities:

The base salary offered for the successful candidate will be based on compensable factors such as job-relevant education, job-relevant experience, training, licensure, demonstrated competencies, geographic location, and other factors.  Discretionary incentive compensation may be awarded.
