What you'll do
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, planning sessions, retrospectives, and leadership forums.
- Develop Agile capabilities across teams and leadership.
- Foster communities of practice and knowledge sharing.

- 8+ years in Agile delivery, coaching, transformation, or organizational change roles.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience in software product development environments with cross-functional teams.
- Financial Services industry experience (Banking, Insurance, Investments, Annuities, or similar).
- Proven success leading Agile transformations and continuous improvement initiatives at scale.
- Significant experience coaching leaders, managers, and teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience working with executive leadership.
- Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Flow Metrics, and organizational design.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive decision-making and performance improvements.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Azure DevOps Analytics, Jira reporting, or similar tools.
Nice to have
- Agile coaching certifications (ICP-ACC, ICP-ENT, ICP-CAT, CTC, or equivalent).
- Scrum Master, SAFe, Lean, or Kanban certifications.
- Experience with OKRs, Value Stream Management, and Flow Framework.
- Knowledge of Power BI data modeling and dashboard design.

Job Description
Technical Agile Coach
Role Purpose
Lead Agile adoption and modern software delivery practices across teams and leaders through coaching, facilitation, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making. Partner with stakeholders to improve organizational effectiveness, delivery performance, business outcomes, and customer value.
Key Responsibilities
Agile Facilitation & Enablement
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, planning sessions, retrospectives, and leadership forums.
- Develop Agile capabilities across teams and leadership.
- Foster communities of practice and knowledge sharing.
- Promote data literacy and effective use of delivery insights and dashboards.
- Drive alignment and transparency through collaborative facilitation.
Team & Leadership Coaching
- Coach teams on Agile principles, SDLC practices, and modern delivery methodologies.
- Improve collaboration, accountability, predictability, and delivery flow.
- Use metrics to identify bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with leaders to strengthen Agile leadership and outcome-based decision making.
- Advise on organizational structures, governance models, and cross-functional alignment.
- Support large-scale transformation and change initiatives.
Continuous Improvement & Value Delivery
- Establish continuous improvement practices across teams and programs.
- Analyze delivery performance data to identify systemic improvements.
- Drive enhancements in product development, governance, and collaboration.
- Measure and communicate the impact of improvement initiatives.
- Align delivery activities with business objectives, OKRs, and value streams.
- Ensure focus on outcomes, customer value, and business impact.
Power BI & Analytics
- Design and maintain Agile and delivery performance dashboards.
- Analyze flow metrics, throughput, lead time, cycle time, predictability, and capacity.
- Create executive reports and KPI scorecards for leadership teams.
- Transform data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Define and standardize meaningful Agile and delivery metrics.
- Promote transparency and continuous improvement through measurement practices.
Required Experience
- 8+ years in Agile delivery, coaching, transformation, or organizational change roles.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
