Building Surveyor

What you'll do
- Carry out building surveys, condition surveys and defect inspections.
- Prepare technical reports, specifications and schedules of work.
- Advise clients on building defects, maintenance and refurbishment works.
- Support and manage repair and improvement projects.
- Undertake contract administration duties where required.
- Assist with dilapidations, schedules of condition and planned maintenance work.
- Liaise with clients, contractors and other construction professionals.
- Monitor project progress, quality and compliance.
- Manage multiple instructions and ensure work is delivered to agreed timescales.

FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established property and construction consultancy with the recruitment of a Building Surveyor.
Permanent, full-time position based in Glasgow.
Salary
Fully negotiable, depending on experience + additional benefits
